CDC Software Launches Pivotal Handheld Solution for the Windows Mobile Platform

SHANGHAI, ATLANTA, SYDNEY - 3 December, 2009 - CDC Software Corporation, a global provider of enterprise software applications, today announced the availability of Pivotal Handheld, its mobile Pivotal CRM (customer relationship management) solution, that now supports the Windows Mobile Platform.

The Pivotal Handheld solution, which is already available on BlackBerry devices, is now also being offered for Windows Mobile users. CDC Software developed the Windows Mobile Pivotal Handheld solution using mobiScaler technology from its partner, Vaultus Mobile Technologies. 

Pivotal Handheld helps to maximise sales productivity and effectiveness by providing mobile sales personnel with access to the information they need, whenever and wherever they need it. Customer accounts can be accessed by sales professionals in the field at any time, allowing mobile users to take advantage of time between customer meetings to update data while the details are still current, instead of having to spend extra time at the end of their day.
